Current RoE

 Per 42S discord RoE voted in on 9/15/2020:

NEW ROE:

1. Survey ships are protected while UPC. Zero node hits are allowed AFTER warning. No wait time required.

2. Survey ships involved in base raids, defense, or other PvP are fair targets. Bases are not protected by ROE.

3. Ships that are inside an active Armada circle are protected.

4. All ships UPC in Swarm space are protected.

5. Botany Bay is protected OPC while mining data; Zero node hits allowed with 5 minute warning.

6. All ships in space behind transwarp cells are protected OPC/UPC; Zero node hits are allowed ONLY AFTER a 15 minute warning.

7. Only the D'vor and Northstar are protected UPC on latinum nodes in Level 27 and above systems. Standard mining ROE applies in lower level latinum systems.
